Bahía de Vera is a well-established, gated residential and holiday complex located in the heart of the famous naturist zone of Vera Playa, on the Costa de Almería in Andalusia, Spain Situated in the province of Almería, it is known for offering a relaxed, comfortable environment for both naturist and conventional vacationers
The complex is set among spacious, beautifully maintained gardens and is located just a short walk (about 300 meters, or a 5-minute walk) from the Mediterranean Sea and the famous El Playazo beach.
Pools: A large outdoor swimming pool for the warmer months and a highly popular indoor, heated pool (maintained at approx. 32°C), making it a great destination for winter visitors
The complex typically includes amenities like a tennis court and a boules (petanque) court.
On-site there is a communal library with a book exchange (in English and Spanish) and free WiFi.
It is a peaceful, gated community primarily consisting of privately owned apartments, many of which are rented out to holidaymakers.

The Naturist Beach The northern section of Vera Playa’s "El Playazo" beach features a designated 1 km stretch where naturism is fully permitted, alongside hotels, urbanizations, and beach bars (chiringuitos).
The "Naked" Lifestyle in the specific naturist zone, you can move freely between your apartment, the local bars and the beach without clothing
Climate: The region enjoys over 300 days of sunshine a year with a dry Mediterranean climate, making it ideal for year-round outdoor living.

Airports: The nearest major airports are Almería Airport (about a 45 to 60-minute drive) and Murcia International Airport (about 90 minutes away).
By Car: The area is easily accessed from the Autovía del Mediterráneo (A-7) motorway.
